Q: How do I find my Pocket PC owner name?

A: 1. Go to "Start" -> "Settings", and then tap "Owner Information" icon:

Q: I purchased your product already, but I never got a registration code. What can I do?
|
|
|
|
A: One common reason for problems is that the registration letter has been filtered away
as a spam, either by your e-mail service provider or by the e-mail client. Please check your spam
folder to see if you find the registration letter there. If the letter is not available, please
email us at support@tonaya.com (or use our contact form)
as soon as possible. We'll give you a registration code soon.

A: Please make sure what your owner name (Pocket PC) or sync user name (Palm)
is and email it to us at support@tonaya.com.
We will give you another code.

A: Please contact us at support@tonaya.com, and provide us with your
owner name (Pocket PC) or sync user name (Palm). We will gladly email your

Q: How do I update currency database file?
|
|
|
A: There are two ways you can do. You can update the file directly if
your Pocket PC is connected to the Internet. Please navigate to "Currency Settings"
dialog and tap "download" button to download the currency database file. Otherwise,
please follow the steps below:
- Download the latest currency database file (currency.ego) from our web site.
- Make sure your Pocket PC is connected to your PC through ActiveSync.
- Copy the currency database file to your Pocket PC "\Program Files\Tonaya\EZGo" directory
(or the directory that EZGo installed).

Q: How do I update the currency database?
|
|
|
A: Please follow the steps below:
- Download the currency database file from our web site
- Save the file to your local hard disk
- Run "Palm DeskTop" program (PC side)
- Click "Install" button
- Click "Add..." button
- Select the file that you just downloaded
- Click "Open" button
- Click "Done" button
- Put your Palm on the cradle
- Press HotSync button
