EZGo Today Plugin

EZGo Today plugin shows time, alarm, and shopping list information on Today screen.
- Tap icon
 to switch to next city
- Tap icon
 to turn on/off alarm
- To invoke EZGo program, tap on icon
 or

Time Manager
|
Time Display:
Time Display is very useful to determine the time of a city at a glance.
EZGo provides three time display modes: day & night view, analog view, and digital view.
All of these modes comply with the new Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes in the United States.
- To select a city, tap on icon
 (see figure below)
- To setup alarm, tap on icon

City Selection:
In the city selection dialog, you can select the city for time display.
- To add a new city to the database, tap on icon
- To edit an existed city, select the city first and then tap on icon
(or double-tap on the city name)
- To delete an existed city, select the city first and then tap on icon
|

Alarm Settings:
Use alarm settings dialog to setup alarm parameters, including alarm city,
alarm time, snooze, sound, and volume.

Itinerary Manager
|
There are two windows in the itinerary dialog - the upper one is itinerary window and the rest is segment window.
- To add an itinerary, tap on the itinerary window and then select "New itinerary..." item from the popup menu.
- To delete an itinerary, tap on the itinerary name and then select "Delete" item.
- To get the summary of an itinerary, tap on the itinerary name and then select "Summary..." item.

To get the itinerary summary file, tap on "Export" button in the itinerary summary dialog
to output summary file to "\My Documents" folder as shown in the next figure.

|
To add an segment, tap on the segment window, select "New segment" item, and then select one of the following types:
- Flight
- Train
- Cruise/Ferry
- Bus
- Hotel
- Car Rental
- Meeting
|
|
The figure left shows a flight segment details.
|
|
The itinerary segment information is also written into Calendar when entered.

Expense Manager
|
You must have at least one itinerary available before entering any expense data.
To add a new itinerary, please see "Itinerary Manager" above.
- To add an expense entry, select itinerary name first and then tap on
button
- To edit an expense entry, select the expense entry first and then tap on
button
- To delete an expense entry, select the expense entry first and then tap on
button
- To export expense data to a file, tap on button

In Expense Detail dialog, to add a category name, just enter it in the "Category"
field. To delete a category name, select it first, then tap on "Delete Category"
button.

To export expense data to Excel .csv files, tap on button
in the Expense dialog.
You can select to output personal expense only, business expense only,
or all data to .csv file.

Travel Information Database

Currency/Tax/Tip Calculator

This is a calculator with currency conversion function,
plus Tax and Tip functions. The currency database consists of about 200 currencies.
- To switch to next tax/tip group, tap on button
- To setup currency rates, tap on button
 (see figure below)

In this dialog, you can select base currency, setup currency rates and tax/tip rates.
To download the latest currency data file from the Internet, tap on icon 
|

Unit Conversions
|
Use this application to convert an amount measured in one unit into
an amount in other units. To select a category, tap on the icon:

Shopping List Manager
|
Use this application to add, edit, and delete shopping list items.
- To add an item, tap on icon
- To edit an item, select the item first and then tap on icon
 (see figure below)
- To delete an item, select the item first and then tap on icon
- To delete all items, tap on icon

City Sunrise/Sunset Information
|
This application shows you mileage information between any two places, sunrise time,
and sunset time. As shown in the left figure, the distance between New
York and Paris is 3644.29 miles. The sunrise time in New York is 6:27am on Mar. 5,
and it's 7:28am in Paris. The exact locations of these two places are also displayed
on the map by blinking icons.

Sun Compass
|
Use this application to easily determine the North direction while traveling:
- Select the city first
- Orient your Pocket PC towards the Sun
- The North direction is

|
This application shows the following information:
- Current moon phase
- Last new moon
- First quarter
- Full moon
- Last quarter
- Next new moon
- The distance between the earth and the moon
- The distance between the earth and the sun
